Return Policy:

1. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the items. Request by email.
2. A Return Authorization Number is required and will be provided by Siri via email for acceptance of any returns.
3. The Authorized Return must be post marked within 10 days from the date the item was received. We do not accept returns via Parcel Post. We recommend UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS First Class or Priority.
4. Return to: Siri, 434 N Canal St. #15, South San Francisco, CA 94080
5. The merchandise must not be worn nor hang tags removed and must be returned in the same original new condition.
6. There is a 3% restocking fee on all returns OR on the difference between the original item price and the exchanged item price if the exchanged item has a lesser value. An exchange must be requested and confirmed by email at the same time that the original item(s) are requested to be returned.
7. Upon receipt of the merchandise returned, a refund of the item(s) will be given, net of exchange and/or re-stocking fee. Freight charges are non-refundable.
